Ingredientes

  • 2 c. Raisins
  • 1 1/2 c. Water
  • 1 c. Brown sugar
  • 1 c. Oleo
  • 1 3/4 c. Quick oatmeal
  • 1 3/4 c. Flour
  • 1 tsp Soda
  • 3 x Egg yolks
  • 1 c. Sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. Dairy lowfat sour cream
  • 1/4 Tbsp. Cornstarch
  • 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Vanilla

Direcciones

  1. Cook the raisins in the water for 10 min. Drain and cold. Mix the brown sugar, oleo, oats, flour and soda till crumbly. Press 1/2 of this mix into a greased 9x13x2" baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 7 min. Mix the egg yolks, sugar, lowfat sour cream, cornstarch, cinnamon and cook till thick. Add in the cooled raisins and vanilla. Pour over the baked crust and top with the remaining oat mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.
