Ingredientes

  • 1 (9 inch) unbaked pie shell
  • 1 1/4 c. cut rhubarb
  • 1 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 tbsp. flour
  • 3 egg yolks, slightly beaten
  • 6 tbsp. sugar
  • 3 egg whites, beaten stiff

Direcciones

  1. Put rhubarb in pie shell. Mix lowfat sour cream, 1 1/2 c. sugar, flour, and egg yolks. Pour over rhubarb. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Cold slightly; add in 6 Tbsp. sugar gradually to beaten egg whites. Spread over pie and bake at 350 degrees for 20 min.
