Receta Sour Cream Scones

- Blend the flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt in a food processor.
- Cut the butter into small pcs and add in to the mix. Pulse the processor till slightly mealy.
- Mix together the egg (beaten) and the lowfat sour cream.
- Add in the mix to the processor and run till well mixed.
- Place on a floured board and roll out (about 1/4- to 1/2-inch thick). Cut into two-inch circles.
- Place on lightly buttered cookie sheet and bake for 15 min at 375 (or possibly till lightly browned).
