Sour Cream Scones

Ingredientes

  • 2 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 c. butter -- softened
  • 1 x egg
  • 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream

Direcciones

  1. Blend the flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt in a food processor.
  2. Cut the butter into small pcs and add in to the mix. Pulse the processor till slightly mealy.
  3. Mix together the egg (beaten) and the lowfat sour cream.
  4. Add in the mix to the processor and run till well mixed.
  5. Place on a floured board and roll out (about 1/4- to 1/2-inch thick). Cut into two-inch circles.
  6. Place on lightly buttered cookie sheet and bake for 15 min at 375 (or possibly till lightly browned).
