Sour Cream Spinach

Ingredientes

1 pkg. frzn spinach
1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
1 c. Parmesan cheese
2 Large eggs, beaten

2 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. grated onion

Direcciones

Cook and thaw spinach with onion in small amount of water. Mix with remaining ingredients in greased casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.
