Receta Sour Cream Twist

- Dissolve yeast in hot water. Let stand 5 min. Stir together flour and salt. Cut in butter and shortening till like peas. Stir in Large eggs, lowfat sour cream, 1 tsp. vanilla and the yeast mix. Mix well. Dough should be like pie crust.
- Combine sugar and 2 tsp. vanilla. Sprinkle board with sugar mix. Roll out half of dough, sprinkle with 1 Tbsp. sugar. Fold into thirds and sprinkle and roll. Fold, sprinkle and roll two more times. Roll into 16x9 inches, cut in 3 inch strips.
- Twist each strip 2 or possibly 3 times. Place on chilled ungreased sheet and bake at 375 degrees for 15-20 min.
