Sour Cream Walnut Coffee Cake

Ingredientes

  • 3/4 c. butter, softened
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 3 Large eggs
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 pt. lowfat sour cream
  • 3/4 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoon grnd cinnamon
  • 1 c. coarsely minced walnuts
  • Powdered Sugar Glaze

Direcciones

  1. Combine butter and sugar, creaming till light and fluffy. Add in Large eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in vanilla.
  2. Combine flour, baking pwdr, soda and salt; add in to creamed mix alternately with lowfat sour cream, mixing well after each addition.
  3. Combine brown sugar, cinnamon and walnuts; mixing well. Spoon about 1/3 of batter into a greased and floured 10 inch tube or possibly Bundt pan; sprinkle with 1/3 of nut mix. Repeat layers twice; bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or possibly till done. Let stand 5 min before removing from pan. Place on serving dish and drizzle with glaze.
