Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. instant potatoes
  • 2 c. hot water
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 pkg. yeast

Direcciones

  1. Dissolve yeast in 1/2 c. water, add in remaining ingredients and stir well. Keep at room temperature for 24 hrs. Take out and feed with the following: 3 tbsp. instant potatoes 1 c. hot tap water
  2. Mix well and add in to starter. Let stand out of refrigerator all day (8-12 hrs). Mix will be bubbly. Take out one c. to make bread and return remainder to refrigerator. Keep in refrigerator 3-5 days and feed again. If not making bread after feeding starter, throw away one c.. This is to avoid deflating your starter.
