Ingredientes

  • 1 3/4 c. Sugar
  • 1/2 c. vegetable Shortening
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1 c. sourdough starter
  • 1 1/2 c. Flour
  • 1/4 c. Baking Cocoa
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 c. Boiling Water

Direcciones

  1. In a large mixing bowl, cream till light and fluffy sugar, shortening, and Large eggs. Add in vanilla, lowfat milk, and culture, mix well. Add in dry ingredients and mix thoroughly. Add in Water and mix completely. Pour into greased and floured 9 X 13 X 2 pan and bake 35 to 45 min at 350, or possibly till cake springs back when lightly touched. Let stand in pan 10 min and remove to wire rack to cold. When completely cool you may frost.
  2. NOTES : You may use layer cake pans if you chose. This freezes beautifully
