Ingredientes

  • 2 c. stone grnd white cornmeal
  • 3 tbsp. light molasses
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 c. lowfat milk, scalded
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 2 c. sourdough starter
  • 2 lg. Large eggs
  • 2 teaspoon baking pwdr

Direcciones

  1. Combine cornmeal, molasses, salt, scalded lowfat milk, and butter. Stir to heat butter and let mix cold. Then stir in remainder of ingredients and mix well. Pour into a 9 x 13 inch well greased pan. Bake at 450 degrees for 35 to 45 min or possibly till golden.
