Sourdough Pancakes Or Waffles

Ingredientes

  • 3 x Large eggs
  • 2 c. Active Culture
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 c. Lowfat milk, sweet
  • 1 c. White Flour
  • 3/4 c. Whole Grain Flour **see note
  • 2 tsp Baking Pwdr
  • 1/4 c. Sugar, more or possibly less according to taste.
  • 1 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil

Direcciones

  1. Note you may use all white flour if you desire. This one will take add in ins such as well liquid removed fruit also.
  2. Combine all ingredients, stir just till mixed. Batter should have small lumps. Don't over mix or possibly pancakes will be tough. Let stand a minute or possibly two than pour onto warm (400) lightly greased griddle. Cook till bubbles start to break (2 to 3 min), turn and cook 1 to 2 min more or possibly till golden brown.
  3. (Cooks Note)You can add in fruit, very well liquid removed, or possibly replace half the flour with whole wheat, rye etc.. I have also made oatmeal flour and used which for half the flour.
