Sourdough Whole Wheat Biscuits

Ingredientes

  • 2 c. whole wheat flour
  • 2 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 2 c. sourdough starter

Direcciones

  1. Sift dry ingredients into a bowl. Cut in the butter. Work in the starter till well blended. Turn out onto floured surface and knead gently for 2 min. Pat dough to thickness of about 1 inch. Cut into rounds with biscuit cutter; place on lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake at 425 degrees for 10 min.
