Ingredientes
1 pound dry apricots
4 lg. onions
1 pound seedless raisins
1/4 c. grnd almonds
2 teaspoon ginger
Cayenne to taste
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 pt. vinegar
Salt & pepper
Direcciones
Soak apricots overnight. Boil till soft. Boil onions till tender, chop. Mince raisins. Mix all together and boil 30 min, stirring constantly. Yield 2 qts.
