Ingredientes

  • 8 piece of jarred Gefilte fish, (I ONLY use Meal Mart-no other brands taste good in this recipe IMHO)
  • 1/4 c. Fish jelly, (reserved from jar)
  • 1/4 c. Matzo Meal or possibly bread crumbs
  • 1/4 c. Mayonnaise, (low fat is fine)
  • 1 x Egg beaten
  • 1 x Grated carrot
  • 1 tsp Parsley, (-)
  •     Paprika

  2. Yields:9x9 square pan
  3. Mash gefilte fish with a fork. Add in fish jelly, matzo meal, mayonnaise, egg, grated carrot and parsley. Pour in greased 9x9 inch square pan. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven about 45 min or possibly till done.
