Ingredientes

  • 1/2 pkt country style frzn hash browns - (26-ounce pkg)
  • 1 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese - (4 ounce)
  • 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 2 lrg Large eggs
  • 1/4 c. lowfat milk
  • 1/4 c. sliced green onions
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp grnd cumin
  • 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
  • 3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  •     Jalapeno pepper slices for garnish

Direcciones

  1. Stir together first 9 ingredients; let stand 10 min. Stir in flour.
  2. Drop mix by 1/4 cupfuls into warm oil in a large skillet; cook over medium-high heat 3 min on each side or possibly till golden brown. Drain on paper towels. Garnish, if you like.
  3. This recipe yields 6 servings.
