Ingredientes

  • 1 pound warm bulk sausage
  • 2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 2 c. biscuit mix
  • 2 tbsp. grated onion
  • 1 tbsp. poultry seasoning

Direcciones

  1. Combine all ingredients, mixing well. Roll into walnut-size balls. Place on an ungreased baking sheet and bake at 400 degrees for 15 min. Drain on paper towels. Serve warm. Yield: about 48 balls.
