Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. Yellow cornmeal
  •     Salt & grnd red pepper to taste
  •     Black pepper to taste
  • 1 lb Frzn catfish fillets, partially thawed
  •     And cut into 2 x 3 inch pcs
  •     Vegetable oil
  • 1/2 c. Mayonnaise
  • 3 Tbsp. Sweet relish

Direcciones

  1. In pie plate, mix together cornmeal, salt, red and black pepper. Dredge fish pcs in cornmeal mix, patting to coat on all sides. In large heavy skillet heat vegetable oil to 375 degrees. Fry fillets till golden. Drain on paper towels. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise and sweet relish. Serve catfish hot with mayonnaise and relish mix.
