Ingredientes

  • 1 lb amberjack fillets
  • 2 Tbsp. Louisiana-style Mustard
  • 1 c. coarsely grnd pecans
  • 1 tsp horseradish
  • 1/2 c. breadcrumbs

Direcciones

  1. In a small bowl, mix all ingredients. Pat dry the fish filets and coat on both sides with the mix. Grease an oven tray or possibly dish and lay fish on it.
  2. Sprinkle with fat-free spray (Pam) and bake at 350 degrees for about 8-10 min.
