Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 1/4 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • Wesson oil
  • 2 1/2-3 pound chicken, cut in pcs

Direcciones

  1. Stir together flour, paprika, salt and baking pwdr. In another bowl, stir together lowfat milk and egg. Dip chicken pcs in lowfat milk mix; roll in flour mix.
  2. In a large skillet, heat 1/4 inch Wesson oil. Fry meat till brown on one side, turning with tongs. Fry 15 min more or possibly till light brown on all sides. Reduce heat; cook, covered 20 min. Drain chicken on paper towels. Serves 6.
