Ingredientes

  • 1/4 c. butter or possibly margarine softened
  • 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
  • 2 x Large eggs lightly beaten
  • 1 c. mashed sweet potatoes
  • 3 Tbsp. lowfat milk
  • 1 tsp grated orange peel
  • 2 c. self-rising flour
  • 1/4 tsp grnd allspice
  • 1/4 tsp grnd nutmeg
  • 1/4 c. minced pecans Orange Cream Spread:
  • 1 pkt cream cheese (3 ounce.) softened
  • 1 tsp orange juice
  • 1 tsp grated orange peel

Direcciones

  1. In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar. Add in Large eggs, and mix well.
  2. Add in sweet potato, lowfat milk and orange peel, and mix well. In another bowl, combine flour, allspice, and nutmeg. Add in to cream mix. Mix just till combined. Mix in nuts.
  3. Pour into a greased 9 inch by 5 inch loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees (175 C.) for 40 to 45 min. Cold in pan for 10 min.
  4. Combine spread ingredients and beat till smooth. Serve spread in a bowl to spread on individual slices. ENJOY!!!
