Ingredientes

  • 2 c. Campbell's Healthy Request chicken broth 16 ounce can
  • 1/2 c. chunky salsa
  • 1 x Campbell's Healthy Soup (10 3/4-ounce can)
  •     Request Cr of Chicken
  • 1/2 c. sliced mushrooms canned, liquid removed
  • 1/2 c. cooked chicken breast diced
  • 1 1/2 c. whole kernel corn, frzn
  • 1/3 c. nonfat dry lowfat milk pwdr
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 3 ounce reduced fat cheddar cheese 3/4 c.

Direcciones

  1. In a large saucepan, combine chicken broth, salsa, chicken soup, mushrooms, chicken breast and corn. Bring mix to a boil. Lower heat. In a small bowl, combine dry lowfat milk pwdr and water. Stir lowfat milk mix into chicken mix. Add in black pepper and Cheddar cheese. Mix well to combine. Continue cooking, stirring often, till cheese is melted.

  5. NOTES : I add in two potatoes that increases the calorie count somewhat, but makes a thicker, heartier soup. I dice the potatoes and cook in the chicken broth till well done. With a potato masher, break up about half of the cooked potatoes to thicken the soup. Proceed with previous instructions.
