- 1/3 cup sherry wine vinegar
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1/2 tsp dried crushed red pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp fresh black pepper
- Puree all ingredients in blender or processor. Eat with steak or fish.

- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 15 oz can fire roasted diced tomatoes
- 1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- a few fresh basil leaves
