Ingredientes

  • 1 cup (packed) fresh Italian parsley
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/3 cup sherry wine vinegar
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1/2 tsp dried crushed red pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp fresh black pepper
  • Puree all ingredients in blender or processor. Eat with steak or fish.
  • Quick Pizza Sauce
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 15 oz can fire roasted diced tomatoes
  • 1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • a few fresh basil leaves
  • kosher slat and fresh cracked black pepper tt
