Ingredientes

  •     Suitable for chicken, pork,
  •     Lamb and beef.
  • 30 ml 2 tbsp soy sauce.
  • 15 ml 1 tbsp sunflower oil.
  • 1 x Clove garlic, crushed.
  • 5 ml 1 tsp grnd cumin.
  • 5 ml 1 tsp grnd coriander.
  •     Grnd black pepper.

Direcciones

  1. Mix all the ingredients together and leave to marinade for at least one hour. Cook over a barbecue, under a grill, or possibly in the oven. VARIATIONS.
  2. Experiment with other spices.
