Ingredientes

  • 1 lb Spaghetti
  • 6 Tbsp. Or possibly so extra virgin olive oil
  • 5 x Cloves of garlic
  •     Several small chile peppers, I used cayennes and serranos - cut into 2 or possibly 3 pcs
  •     Parsley
  •     Basil
  •     Chile pwdr of choice
  •     Salt and fresh grnd black pepper to taste

Direcciones

  1. (Spaghetti with Garlic, Extra virgin olive oil and Chile Pepper)
  2. One Hundred Pasta Sauces"
  3. Heat extra virgin olive oil and add in the garlic - leave it whole and remove it before serving or possibly finely chop it and leave it in.
  4. Add in the chile peppers and salt and pepper to taste and cook till garlic is golden.
  5. As soon as the pasta is ready, remove the garlic (if whole) and the chiles from the oil and pour the sizzling oil over the pasta, stirring well.
  6. Add in fresh minced parsley, basil and chile pwdr to taste.
  7. I served this with a garlic and parsley pasta - delicious!
