Ingredientes

  • 2 c. jumbo shell
  • 3 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 Tbsp. onion, minced
  • 1 Tbsp. garlic, chopped
  • 1 c. pancetta, minced
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 1/4 c. tomato, peeled
  • 2 Tbsp. tomato paste
  • 2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
  •     salt
  •     pepper
  • 1/2 c. parmesan cheese, grated

Direcciones

  1. Preparation time is 20 min.
  2. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add in jumbo shells and cook for 14 to 17 min.
  3. In a large skillet, heat oil and saute/fry onion, garlic and pancetta for 2 to 3 min. Add in remaining ingredients, except cheese, and mix well.
  4. Lower heat to medium and simmer for 12 to 15 min stirring occasionally.
  5. Drain the pasta and toss with the sauce and cheese.
