Receta Spaghetti Carbonra

- Brown bacon in large heavy skillet or possibly wok over medium high heat till cooked, but not crisp. Pour off fat and set bacon aside.
- To same pan, add in oil, butter, garlic and ham. Saute/fry lightly over medium heat. Add in the cooked spaghetti, bacon, cheese, parsley, salt and pepper. Stir to mix well.
- Turn heat on low, pour the Large eggs over and toss quickly to coat the spaghetti proportionately with the Large eggs. Serve immediately. Serves 4-6 people.
- Hint: Cook the spaghetti noodles "al dente" (do not cook it to death!)
