Ingredientes

  • 2 lbs. warm sausage
  • 2 lbs. smoke sausage
  • 1 pound franks
  • 1 pound bacon
  • 1 (32 ounce.) jar spaghetti sauce
  • 1 pound spaghetti
  • 1 sm. onion
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 c. green peppers
  • 2 stalks shallots
  • Parsley flakes

Direcciones

  1. Boil spaghetti.
  2. Boil warm sausage in a separate pot. Cold. Slice up.
  3. Fry bacon, saute/fry seasoning in 1/4 c. of the drippings. Stir in spaghetti sauce; simmer 3 min. Add in all sausage in sauce. Simmer for 15 min. Add in spaghetti and crumble in bacon; mix well.
