Spaghetti Salad

Ingredientes

  • 1 pound spaghetti, good brand
  • 1 English cucumber
  • 3 med tomatoes
  • 1 med. red onion
  • 1 jar "Schilling Salad Supreme", found with spices
  • 1 (8 ounce.) Wishbone Italian dressing, more if you like
  • Black olives, (optional)

Direcciones

  1. Cook spaghetti "al dente". Rinse with cool water after draining. Toss with some of dressing till ready to add in vegetables. (It'll keep it from sticking together). Slice cucumber lengthwise in fourths, (Not necessary to peel) and then dice. Dice onion. Slice tomatoes in wedges. Use 3/4 of Salad Supreme and all of dressing to season. Add in vegetables and serve. Good idea to add in vegetables just before serving. (They get soggy if added too much before). Do not forget to toss all ingredients. Buon Appetito!
