Spaghetti Salad With Balsamic Dressing

Ingredientes

  • 8 ounce Uncooked spaghetti, broken into thirds
  • 6 x Green onions, cut into 1/4 inch pcs
  • 4 x Italian plum tomatoes, cut in half lengthwise, sliced
  • 4 ounce Mozzarella cheese, diced
  •     (1 c. )
  • 1/4 c. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 c. Balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Dry basil leaves
  • 1/4 tsp Salt

Direcciones

  1. Cook spaghetti to desired doneness as directed on package. Drain; rinse in cool water to cold.
  2. In medium bowl, combine cooked spaghetti and all other salad ingredients.
  3. In small bowl, combine all dressing ingredients; blend well. Add in to salad; toss to coat. Serve immediately, or possibly cover and chill till serving time.
  4. Yield: 8 (3/4-c.) servings.
