Spaghetti with Garlic and Breadcrumbs

Fast and easy dish. Great with salad and garlic bread.

Ingredientes

  • 12oz Spaghetti
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic crushed
  • 1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (opt)
  • 2 cups dried breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
  • 2 tsp finey grated lemon peel

Direcciones

  1. Cook pasta in boiling salted water, uncovered till al dente
  2. Heat half of the oil in a skillet with the butter. After butter melts, add garlic and breadcrumbs, cook stirring until breadcrumbs are lightly browned.
  3. Combine drained pasta and breadcrumb mixture in large bowl with parsley, lemon peel and remaining oil.
