Ingredientes

  • 1 lb Linguine
  • 1/2 c. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 6 x Garlic cloves, minced
  •     Salt/pepper
  • 1/4 c. Fresh parsley, cut
  • 1/4 c. Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 10 c. Water

Direcciones

  1. In a pot big sufficient to cook the linguine, add in extra virgin olive oil and garlic. Simmer on low heat. Don't brown. Add in water, salt, pepper, and fresh parsley and continue to simmer for 10 min. Bring water to boil and add in linguine, cook 12 min, remove from heat. Let rest in pot for 10-15 min. (Don't drain pasta.) Using a pasta serving spoon, remove pasta to soup dish and pour 1/4 c of garlic water over pasta. Top with parmesan cheese.
