Spaghetti With Italian Meat Sauce

Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. Chopped onion
  • 1/4 c. Salad oil
  • 1 lb Grnd beef
  • 2 clv garlic, chopped
  • 1 sm can Mushrooms
  • 1 x (8 oz) can Tomato sauce
  • 1 lrg can Tomatoes
  • 1/4 tsp Sugar
  • 1 dsh Basil
  • 1 lb Spaghetti or possibly elbow macaroni
  • 4 ounce Grated Parmesan cheese

Direcciones

  1. Simmer onion in oil in skillet 5 min. Add in grnd beef and garlic; cook, stirring, till meat is crumbly and browned. Add in mushrooms with liquid, parsley and tomato sauce. Add in tomatoes, salt, pepper and sugar. Cover and simmer 1 hour.
  2. Makes about 1 qt of sauce. Cook spaghetti and drain. Cover with sauce and sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
