Ingredientes

  • 1 lb lean grnd turkey
  • 1 x egg beaten
  • 1/2 c. Italian seasoned bread crumbs
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tsp chopped fresh rosemary
  • 2 tsp chopped fresh basil
  • 1 tsp chopped fresh thyme
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper
  •     nonfat cooking spray
  • 26 ounce homemade or possibly bottled pasta sauce (lf)
  • 12 ounce spaghetti cooked and liquid removed

Direcciones

  1. Heat oven to 400F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine grnd turkey, egg, bread crumbs, parsley, rosemary, basil, thyme, and pepper. Shape into 1 1/2-inch meatballs. Turn the oven down to 350F and spray a large baking dish with non-fat cooking spray. Place the meatballs into the baking dish, cover with tinfoil and bake for about 20 min till meatballs are cooked.
  3. Remove tin foil and add in the sauce. Turn the oven off and place the baking dish back in the oven to hot the sauce about 5 min. When the spaghetti is cooked layer the sauce and meatballs over the spaghetti on a serving platter or possibly individual dishes and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
