Ingredientes

  • 1 c. salad oil
  • 1 c. white vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon instant horseradish
  • 1 1/3 c. sugar
  • 2 T salt
  • 2 T celery seed
  • 3/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
  • 2 lbs. cabbage head, minced or possibly shredded
  • 1 pound red cabbage head, minced or possibly shredded
  • 1 red pepper, minced
  • 2 green peppers, minced
  • 1 lg. onion, diced or possibly grated
  • 1 carrot, grated (optional)

Direcciones

  1. Put together the first 8 ingredients; boil rapidly for 1 minute. Mix thoroughly and add in to mixed vegetables. Chill several hrs before serving.
