Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 c. self-rising cornmeal
  • 1 med. onion, minced
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 (8 ounce) carton lowfat sour cream
  • 1 (8 ounce) can cream style corn
  • 3/4 c. veg. oil
  • Minced jalapeno peppers

Direcciones

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Coat a 9 inch square pan with bacon drippings and pour in mix. Bake at 400 degrees for 40 min.
