Ingredientes

  • 1 pt. lowfat milk, scald
  • 2 large eggs, separated
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 pkg. plain gelatin
  • 6 coconut macaroons (sticky ones)

Direcciones

  1. Add in sugar to egg yolks and vanilla; beat. Add in a little scalded lowfat milk, then add in to lowfat milk on burner. Add in gelatin and broken up macaroons. Stir till dissolved. Beat egg whites stiff and mix in. Pour into baked shell.
