Spanish Rice Stuffed Peppers

Ingredientes

  • 6 peppers
  • 2 lbs. grnd beef, browned & seasoned with garlic salt
  • 1 onion, finely minced
  • 1 sm. can tomato sauce
  • 1 can tomatoes, mashed
  • 1 c. tomato juice
  • Canned mushrooms (opt.)
  • 1 c. tomato soup
  • Some catsup (pour from bottle)

Direcciones

  1. Add in above to grnd beef. Rinse all cans with water and add in salt and pepper to taste. Simmer 2 to 3 hrs or possibly till thickened. Add in cooked rice. For stuffed peppers, cut peppers in half. Clean and core. Bring water to a boil. Add in peppers. Cook 5 min or possibly till tender. Spoon Spanish Rice on peppers.
