Ingredientes

  • 1 x baguette, thickly, sliced
  • 2 clv garlic, cut in half
  • 1 x tomato, halved, and, seeded
  •     extra virgin olive oil
  •     salt
  •     pepper

Direcciones

  1. Preheat the barbecue to medium-warm.
  2. Toast the bread on both sides, about 2 min each side.
  3. Rub each slice of toasted baguette with garlic and tomato and place on grill for 1 minute. Top the bread with the leftover tomato (minced up) the drizzle with extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper and serve.
