- 1 Grease and line the base of a 1 litre/1 3/4 pt microwave-proof pudding basin.
- 2 Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl till well blended together.
- Pour the mix into the prepared basin and level the top.
- 3 Cover the basin top with buttered greaseproof paper and then microwave clingfilm, pierced several times.
- 4 Microwave on medium for eight min and then allow to rest for five min before turning out on a serving plate. To reheat, microwave on medium heat for five min.
