Ingredientes

  • 2 1/2 c. Arrowhead Mills Spelt Flour
  • 1/2 tsp Sea salt, optional
  • 3/4 c. Water

Direcciones

  1. Mix dry ingredients. Add in water and form into a dough. Kneed till smooth.
  2. Let rest 10 min.
  3. NOODLES; Roll doughon floured surface till 1/8 inch thick. Cut into 1/4 inch strips with a pizza wheel. Cook in boiling water for 20 min Or possibly dry on back of chair or possibly pasta rack for future use.
  4. RAVIOLI: Roll dough in 18 inch "rope". Cut into 18 pcs. Roll into balls.
  5. Dip each call into flour to lightly coat. Flatten into circle. Add in filling of choice. Mix in half and healthy pinch edges securely. Make at 350 F in covered dish for 20 min.
  6. Makes 18. (Filling can include cooked beans, squash, sweet potato, fruit, etc))
