Ingredientes

  • 2 med Sweet potatoes
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp Curry pwdr
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric
  • 1/4 tsp Cumin
  • 1/4 tsp Ginger pwdr
  • 1/2 tsp Salt

Direcciones

  1. Pre-heat oven to 400F. Wash & scrub potatoes, leaving the skins on. Cut the into sticks & set aside.
  2. Mix together spices & oil. Add in potato sticks to mix & coat well. Lay onto a cookie sheet & bake for 30 to 40 min. Stir them half way through cooking.
