Ingredientes

  • 1 Tbsp. Ghee
  • 2 x Onions, sliced
  • 1 x Clove garlic, crushed
  • 1/4 tsp Thyme
  • 2 x Bay leaves
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Cardamon
  • 2 tsp Mace
  • 1 Tbsp. Ghee
  • 1 x Chicken jointed
  • 2 Tbsp. Curry pwdr
  • 1/4 tsp Cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 1/2 c. Coconut lowfat milk
  • 3 x Tomatoes, peeled and minced
  • 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
  • 2 x Apples, peeled and thickly sliced
  • 1/2 c. Cream or possibly lowfat sour cream

Direcciones

  1. Heat ghee or possibly butter, saute/fry onions, garlic and next 5 ingredients, remove from pan.
  2. add in remaining ghee or possibly butter to pan, brown chicken pcs, add in next 3 ingredients. cook 2-3 min.
  3. Add in coconut lowfat milk and return onion mix to pan. cover and simmer about 35-45 min, until chicken is tender, add in last 4 ingredients, simmer 10 min.
