Spiced Nuts

I made these two years ago and they are delicious, and every time I have a party there are none left !

Ingredientes

  • 80 grams of sifted icing sugar
  • 1 dessert spoon of paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne
  • 3 teaspoon of cumin seed
  • 3 teaspoon of fennel seeds
  • 2 teaspoon nigella seed (black onion seed)
  • 2 teaspoon fresh rosemary chopped
  • 3 teaspoon sesame seeds
  • 50 ml olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • 500 grams of mixed nuts
  • 1 egg white beaten into stiff peaks

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 170C
  2. Line a baking tray with parchment paper
  3. Mix all dry ingredients into a bowl, add olive oil then add nuts and mix .
  4. Fold egg white into mixture.
  5. Spread mixture into baking tray
  6. Bake for 15 minutes., break up once out of oven
  7. Cool down and you can keep these in airtight container up to a month. Enjoy
