Ingredientes

  • 3 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine
  • 1 x Broiler-fryer, 3- to 3.5-lb., cut up and skinned
  • 1 jar (14-ounce) red currant jelly
  • 1/2 c. Prepared mustard
  • 1/2 c. Slivered almonds
  • 3 Tbsp. Brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp Grnd cinnamon

Direcciones

  1. Heat butter in a lartge skillet over medium heat. Add in chicken, and cook about 10 min or possibly till lightly browned on all sides. Place chicken in a lightly greased 13x9x2-inch baking dish. Add in remaining ingredients to skillet; cook over medium heat till currant jelly dissolves, stirring occasionally. Pour mix over chicken; cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 min. Uncover and bake an additional 10 min or possibly till chicken is done.
