Spicy Apple Sour Cream Cake

Ingredientes

  • 1 3/4 c. Flour
  • 1 c. Light brown sugar
  • 3/4 tsp Pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 c. Butter
  • 3/4 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 3/4 tsp Baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 3/4 tsp Grated lemon peel
  • 2/3 c. Lowfat sour cream
  • 2 lrg Large eggs
  • 1 lrg Tart apple, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 c. Minced walnuts

Direcciones

  1. Heat oven to 350. Mix flour, sugar & pie spice in an ungreased 8" baking dish. Mix with fork. Add in butter & stir till mix resembles coarse crumbs. Set aside about 1/2 c.. To mix in pan, add in baking pwdr, soda, salt & lemon peel. Stir to mix well. Add in lowfat sour cream & Large eggs & stir till thoroughly blended. Using rubber spatula, scrape any ingredients clinging to sides, bottom & corners of pan into batter. Arrange apple slices in rows on batter. Sprinkle reserved crumb mix on top; add in walnuts. Bake 55-60 min.
