Ingredientes

  • 500 gm lean beef or possibly lamb steaks, cut into 2 cm cubes.
  • 1 pkt MAGGI Light Brown Gravy Mix
  • 1 x garlic clove, crushed
  • 1 tsp grated fresh root ginger
  • 1 tsp finely grated lemon rind
  • 1 Tbsp. oil
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp grnd coriander
  • 1/2 tsp grnd cumin
  • 1 Tbsp. water
  • 2 x red peppers
  • 1 x tomato
  • 1/4 c. fresh coriander
  • 1 tsp Maggi Garlic Stock Pwdr
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  •     black pepper

Direcciones

  1. Spicy Beef Kebabs:Combine the marinade ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Add in the meat and mix well.
  3. Cover and chill for 1-2 hrs.
  4. Thread the meat onto 8 skewers.
  5. Cook over a preheated barbecue or possibly under a preheated grill for 7-10 min or possibly till the meat is cooked. Turn frequently.
  6. Serve the kebabs on cooked MAGGI fettuccine and top with the salsa.
  7. Red Pepper Salsa:Finely chop the roasted and skinned red peppers and the tomato with skin and seeds removed. Place in a bowl.
  8. Add in minced coriander, MAGGI Garlic Stock Pwdr, lemon juice, sugar and black pepper. Mix well.
