Ingredientes

  • 2 lb blackfish (tautog) fillets skin off
  • 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp chili pwdr
  • 1/2 tsp garlic pwdr
  • 1 dsh warm pepper sauce

Direcciones

  1. Cut the fillets in single portions and place in a well-greased baking pan. Combine extra virgin olive oil, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, chili and garlic pwdr and warm pepper sauce. Pour the sauce over the fillets.
  2. Broil 4 inches from the heat source for 5 min. Turn the fillets, baste with sauce, and broil an additional 3 to 5 min or possibly till fish flakes easily. Serve with lemon wedges.
  3. This recipe yields 4 to 6 servings.
