Ingredientes

  • 1 lrg Onion, minced
  • 4 x Cloves garlic, chopped
  • 6 x Carrots, sliced thin
  • 1 c. Bouillon
  • 1/2 tsp Harissa
  • 1 lb Chick peas, cooked or possibly 3
  •     Cans, liquid removed
  • 1/4 c. Fresh cilantro, minced
  • 1 lb Fresh spinach, rinsed and
  •     Torn in pcs
  •     Cooked brown rice or possibly

Direcciones

  1. Bring the onion, garlic, carrots, bouillon and harissa to a boil in a large pot and simmer till the vegetables are softened, about 20 min. Add in the chick peas, cilantro and spinach and simmer till the spinach is wilted.
  2. Serve over brown rice or possibly couscous. Each diner can stir in a little more harissa to suit his or possibly her own taste.
  3. 4 to 6 servings.
