Receta Spicy Corn & Zucchini
- 2 ears corn, kernels cut off
- 1 medium zucchini, diced
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/8 teaspoon Ancho chile powder
- dash cayenne pepper
- dash smoked paprika
- salt and black pepper, to taste
In a saute pan over medium-low heat add the butter. Then add the corn and zucchini and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the seasoning and cook another 2-3 minutes then serve.
