Receta Spicy Gorgonzola-Pine Nut-Herb Butter
This is killer on Steaks or Filet Mignon grilled outdoors.Serve on meat at room temperature.

- Preheat you outdoor grill for medium to high heat.
- Place the softened buter, Gorgonzola cheese, thyme, rosemary, parsley, red pepper flakes, garlic and pine nutes into a bowl of a food processor. Puree until incorporated, taste, then season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Season the steaks on all sides with salt and cracked pepper.
- Grill to desired doneness.
