Ingredientes

  • 1/4 c. vegetable broth
  • 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 c. onion, minced
  • 1/3 c. green bell pepper, minced
  • 1 tsp garlic, chopped
  • 1 1/2 c. tomatillos, minced
  • 1 tsp grnd cumin
  • 1 Tbsp. canned jalapeno chiles, minced
  • 1 Tbsp. mild white vinegar
  • 1/4 c. cilantro, minced

Direcciones

  1. Heat broth and oil in 10 inch skillet over meidum-high heat. Saute/fry onion, peppers and garlic till soft but not brown, stirring frequently, about 3 min. Add in tomatillos and cumin; saute/fry 10 min. Add in remaining ingredients; saute/fry 3 min. Serve hot.
  2. Makes about 1-1/2 c. salsa.
